Winter Rental Information
Unfortunately, our vehicles are not suitable for heavy snowfall areas like ski resorts. Any costs incurred from accidents or towing arrangements in such areas will be the responsibility of the customer. Even in urban areas, low temperatures can lead to icy roads and snowfall, so we recommend renting snow tires.
Additionally, please refrain from traveling to Hokkaido in our campervans during the winter months.
